Designed a website for a local home renovation company, known for its expertise in versatile tile renovation projects, to expand its audience, provide comprehensive service information, and create a professional online presence.

The main source of client is a traditional referral from previous clients. The client retention is 15%. it's nearly 5-10% which is an area for improvement

Added Calendly to manage consultation call slots for both clients and business owner convenience, apart from a form for those who prefer this kind of option more.

Creating end-to-end website design with time and budget constraints
I took ownership of the entire design process of the website. My work included analysis of client requirements, desk research, concept development, creation of mockups and prototypes, selection of colour palettes and fonts, and integration of graphic elements.

Exploring niche through online research for valuable insights
The target audience for our services are homeowners who have a stable source of income.
The target audience for our services are homeowners who have a stable source of income. Majority of our clients, around 73%, are in the age range of 50-60 years old and are referred to us by people they know such as friends, family, and acquaintances.
On the other hand, clients in their 30s and 40s are more tech-savvy and tend to look for our services through both traditional referrals and online searches.
There are many companies on the market that provide services like ours, but only 5% of them have a website
